A methodoloy for optimizing viewing characteristics for display applications was suggested. The effectiveness of the analysis and the methodology was confirmed by experimental results. It is observed that with stronger microcavity effects, the emission characteristics of top-emitting OLEDs are very sensitive to layer thickness. |
