The platform consists of three components: (1) a four-channel microchannel, which can switch into the synchronized or independent modes based on different assay steps; (2) a microfluidic platform, which can automatically control all reagents flow; and (3) a LSPR spectroscopy system, which performs label-free, real-time, and multi-parallel detection of biomolecules at multiple sensing sites. Based on the above features, we believe that our platform can potentially be used for rapid multi-analyte biomolecule detection for timely disease diagnosis and treatments. Copyright ?
